How to pay for services online

When you visit us as a private customer, you can choose to pay as an online payment in the Terveystalo app or in the Payments section of our website.

Chats and video appointments will be automatically sent for payment through either the app or our website.

You will be notified of when you can pay by SMS and email on the day following the use of the service. You will have 3 days to pay the fee without any additional charges.

In the Terveystalo app, you will find your newest outstanding payments on the front page and in the My information section, which can be accessed from the upper right corner of the app. You can click to pay either directly from the front page under your new payment, or from the My information section under Payments.

On our website, you can find the Payments section in the top right corner of the page. Once you sign in to the Payments section using strong identification, you will be able to make your latest payments.

How payment works: Click on the payment to open the payment details. For further details, you can open the payment specification. '
After reviewing the payment details, you can proceed to the payment method selection and then pay. In addition to your bank's online payment, payment methods include the most common credit cards, MobilePay, and Walley invoice, which you can use to get more time to pay or to divide your payment into instalments.

Once you have paid for the visit, the details of the completed payment will be stored in your payment history. You will see the same payment history regardless of whether you are logged in to the Terveystalo app or the website’s Payments section.

You can download a payment specification for the visits you have paid for, and this will act as a receipt.

If you have any questions about invoicing, please contact our customer service: verkkomaksaminen@terveystalo.com. If your question concerns a particular payment, please include the payment number or your date of birth in the message to speed up processing.

If you have not paid for your visit at the clinic’s customer service point, you will receive an online payment for your visit automatically. Video and chat receptions are also always paid online.

If you have received an online payment that should be paid by occupational health or your insurance company, please contact our invoicing service at +358 45 7884 0888. We serve weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can also email us at laskut@terveystalo.com

In your payment history, you can currently only see payments you have paid online either through the Terveystalo app or our website. Visits paid at the clinic’s checkout are not yet visible in your payment history. However, we will continue to develop the service.

Before you pay, you will see your payment information and the event date, i.e. the date on which you have visited Terveystalo. From the payment specification, you can open and view more detailed information related to your appointment, such as the share of Kela reimbursement in the payment.

Please email us at verkkomaksaminen@terveystalo.com and we will check your payment as soon as possible.

Chats and video appointments will be automatically sent for payment online. Most appointments at the Terveystalo clinic can also be paid online. In this case, you can leave the clinic without going through the checkout.

You can also pay for services used with a child online once we have updated the payment information to your guardian profile. So, when you arrive at the clinic, please visit the customer service point and tell them that you want to use the online payment opportunity when using the services with your child, and we will take care of it.
